Kawasaki KXF450 Fork Recondition Service Ohlins WP
Fork Servicing to a very high standard. It as simple as that! The expected turnaround time to complete this service is around two weeks. Full strip down of your forks. All of their components will be checked for wear. They will be cleaned thoroughly. A valve check will be carried out. They will then be re-assembled, and genuine NOK seals will be fitted.
They will be re-oiled, set to the riders weight. Only the highest specification Motul GP fork will be used. We also specialise in Ohlins replica forks. Titanium stanchions are coloured either black or gold. The upper tubes are anodized gold.
The top adjusters are given a pepper pot effect. The bottom casting is powder-coated silver. They are then re-built with new seals and oil.
There is an option for a re-valve to the Ohlins specification; to customers requirements. We were established in 1990, and now have over 20 years of experience in motorcycle engineering! We have factory trained mechanics. All of our work is guaranteed to be completed to the highest standard.
